Can I cancel anytime?

What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be asked to add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account will be paused — no charge.
What are SMS and Email Credits?
Each SMS or email sent to a customer requesting a review uses credits. SMS messages are charged per segment — each segment is up to 160 characters. Longer messages use multiple credits. Email review requests use one credit per send. Credits reset monthly, and additional credits can be purchased if needed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
